Situated in a truly relaxing village, Cosy Nook offers non-smoking accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children and we also have a cot if you bring your young one. The Cottage is in thie beautiful area of West Penwith in the South west of Cornwall. Ideally suited to those who appreciate nature, here is the chance to get away from it all. This little haven is close to the sea and is in an enviable position for exploring the delights of the county of Cornwall.
Cosy Nook Cottage is more than 200 years old and is situated in the heart of rural St Erth. This picturesque village offers considerable historic interest, and a climate as distinctive as the scenery. The village offers a post office and shop, ancient church, a chapel and a local pub, all within ¼ mile of the cottage, for more shops, banks and a beautiful estuary with scenery and wildlife, Hayle with its 3 miles of golden sand is just over a mile away.
The upper reaches of the River Hayle are close by, a lovely place to relax, and a short walk takes you around the river and back over the St Erth bridge which in pass days was the main road to Penzance.
The Cottage is available all year round.

We now live next door, we bought the 2 cottages in 1979 as a derelict and lived in Cosy Nook first until the one we now live in was completed and Cosy Nook has been a holiday let for quite a few years with many families and couples having a holiday with us and some returning year after year. Geoff is an ex-fisherman and Jean into her sport mainly Hockey.
